As the yellow rectangle of AI face recognition appears on the screen, it lends a sense of affinity to whomever or whatever it is appearing on.

AI objectsify the scene in such a way that makes it seem jovial and artificially brings a sense of levity into the scene that dispels the sense of seriousness.

Instead of collecting photographs themselves  (moments),
collecting screenshots  (moments of AI's understanding-of those moments)
feels like collaborating with AI. Well, it probably is.
